ServSafe Certified Exam Proctor

We travel to you in the Milwaukee metropolitan area and Ozaukee and Washington counties to administer the ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification exam. $60.00 proctor fee per examinee. Multiple students can be scheduled at a discounted group rate. 

We offer a 4-hour refresher course for an additional fee that can be presented to your entire kitchen staff before they take their exams at your restaurant*. Our study guide is emailed to all students prior to exam. 

At your request, we will purchase all of your students' exam codes directly from ServSafe.

Online exams can be scheduled anytime (same day, if our schedule allows), PASS/FAIL results are known instantly, do not require a camera or microphone, and are available in English, Spanish, Korean, Japanese, Chinese (simpli-fied), and French (Canadian)

Before exam day, all students will: 

1. Create ServSafe account online

On exam day, each student will bring: 

1. Laptop computer with WiFi capability
2. Photo ID
3. ServSafe manager exam access code**
4. Proctor fee + exam access code reimburse-ment (if applicable)

*Provided the exam space meets all of Serv-Safe's requirements to maintain the examination's security. 
**Students without access to credit/debit cards can arrange for us to purchase their exam access codes.
***Print exam answer sheets are included with purchase of ServSafe coursebooks.

NOTE: Examinees have up to two hours in which to answer 90 questions. A passing score is 70%. Pay by cash, Venmo, PayPal (+3.5%), or credit/debit card (+3.3%). Online exam codes must begin with SS18FMA for use with our in-person proctors. We do not proctor exams through ProctorU.
